葡萄酒及啤酒的营养保健价值

葡萄酒

葡萄酒富含糖、有机酸、氨基酸、多种维生素和无机盐,能直接被人体吸收。现已查明,葡萄酒中大约含有250种成分,营养价值得到充分肯定。适量饮葡萄酒,有滋补人体、助消化、利尿和防治心血管病等作用。

啤酒

啤酒是营养性饮料,素有“液体面包”的美称。可生津解渴、消除疲劳、振奋精神、增强食欲、健胃利尿和促进血液循环。啤酒是医疗性饮料,能防治神经炎、脚气病、口角炎、舌炎、皮肤炎、软化血管、降低血脂、促进红细胞增长、阻止肝细胞脂肪化以及对肺、淋巴等部位结核有治疗作用等。啤酒是抗癌性饮料,经动物试验,临床实践和科研证明,啤酒可以防治肠癌、食道癌、胃癌和血癌。
