如果“再取出乙桶油的一半，平均倒在甲、丙两桶中”没有执行，那么此时乙桶油是：8×2=16（千克）；甲桶：8-4=4（千克），丙桶：32-4=28（千克）；

如果“先取出甲桶油的一半，平均倒在乙、丙两桶中”没有执行，那么此时甲桶油是：4×2=8（千克）；乙分别是：16-2=14（千克），丙桶：28-2=26（千克）。

至此，问题解决。
