国家食品药品监督管理总局日前发布《婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业监督检查规定》，以进一步加强婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业监督检查，督促婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业落实质量安全责任，切实保障婴幼儿配方乳粉质量安全。

《规定》共6章36条，具体规定了婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业质量安全责任和对企业的监督检查方式、监督检查程序、监督检查结果处理和监督检查工作要求等。针对婴幼儿配方乳粉的特殊性和监管工作的重要性，对企业建立完善质量安全管理制度、自主研发能力、原辅料采购查验、生产过程控制、产品出厂批批检验、产品配方备案、不安全产品召回等内容进行了规定。
