切面是一个三角形，三角形的面积是10平方厘米。圆锥的高是5厘米，这也是三角形的高。可以算出三角形的底（也是圆锥的底面直径）

10×2÷5=4（厘米）

再算底面积：3.14×(4÷2)²=12.56（平方厘米），问题解决。
