三等奖占总数的百分之几：16%+4%＝20%

把参赛总人数看作单位“1”，也就是100%，去掉一、二、三等奖所占的百分数，剩下的就是没有获奖的作品占总数的百分之几了。

1 – 4.8% – 16% – 20% ＝59.2%

答：没有获奖的作品占总数的59.2%。
