市场上的“非油炸”食品真没油吗

  不少薯片、饼干、膨化食品都号称是“非油炸”,采用了烘烤的加工方式。这让很多人以为,非油炸食品不含油,所以更健康。营养学专家表示,非油炸食品确实比油炸的好一些。首先它含油更少,其次是没有经过高温油炸,致癌物少。但非油炸食品只是加工时不用油炸,不代表不含油。比如有些食物烘焙时也需要刷油,才能保证其香酥脆的口感。非油炸食品的脂肪含量仍然较高,吃时应该控制量。每天吃几口没什么关系,但是如果每天来一大袋,油脂摄入还是会超标。推荐阅读:
